Applied Science and Engineering Club

ASEC Group Project
ASEC club members from left to right, Xochitl Alvarado, Amal Eldick, and Jonivan Artates, work together on a project.

Applied Science and Engineering Club offers students of any major an ability to experience various aspects of STEM field through different methods, including:

  • Well-constructed projects
  • Enticing Field Trips
  • Guest Speakers
  • Organized Events

ASEC has become known for organizing an annual STEM transfer talk, where representatives and alumni from various universities visit and assist students with the transferring process to their respective universities. The club also offers an opportunity for students to get involved with two interest groups: Robotics and 3D Printing. Through leadership and teamwork, these teams work and succeed in more advanced projects and even excel in a variety of competitions.

We provide a broad range of opportunities for students, however, it will not be possible without support. Any funds will go on improvement of current projects and field trips, as well as community outreach.
